The kid in Hickory County was involved in a car wreck which killed a girl and really messed up a couple of other people. Of course the kid was DUI at the time.
Camo the problem I have is sometimes they request a change of judges. With so many charges against him and all the courts way behind no telling what could happen with pleading guilty for a lesser charge.
LOL I think a conviction of 15 minutes at crappie camp with both arms free would be more than fair. I would hate to see him complain that he didn’t get a fair conviction.

And most states are changing their laws to protect home owners. While I was in Louisiana a home owner heard a noise out back went to the back door and saw someone messing with his 4 wheeler. He grabbed a shot gun fired a couple of shots they found the kid the next day about a quarter mile away dead between 2 houses. No charges were going to be filed.

Urbana, MO has become the worse speed trap in the state of Missouri. And the problem is that the Dallas County Sheriffs Department has allowed this local city cop to go out into the county. I can under stand it due to the loss of county revenue but this guy is only worried about speeders. But the main reason I got this new detector was for the stop light cameras here in Springfield. I was hoping it would remind me where they are at. When you come up on any stop light here in Springfield you are always watching the guy behind you because I have almost been rear ended due to someone wanting to run the lights on yellow.

just cuz they take a pic of the vehicle and the lic plate doesnt mean its taking the pic of the driver,ok so , the vehicle is guilty but who the HECK was driving???
ok so you loan your car to a buddy or relative, they run a red light, you get a ticket in the mail, you look it over and discover it wasnt you that was driving, you take it to court to tell them that and they dismiss it,you hope. its still stressfull and frustrating to mention inconvenient cuz now you have to take time off work or whatever and go to court to take care of something than never should have happened in the first place.
okok, heres an idea, why dont they take all that money thek WASTED on all those stupid cameras and hire REAL officers to put on the street, assign a few guys to do nothing but traffic control enforcement,you dont think about watching for that camera when you approach an intersection but you sure pay attention and drive safely when you see that car with those red and blues on top of it

or just dont drive through red lights, it’s simple.
if you are going the speed limit and a light changes from green to yellow, there is enough time to stop or pass the yellow and not hit red, if you are behind a big truck and cant see the light YOUR TO CLOSE TO THE BIG TRUCK. go fast run red lights,kill truck load of babies it’s all in a days work no big deal, If I drove fast only thing I would accomplish is I would get lost sooner. be safe
