Went pull some jigs in Toledo, of course the bite was on [emoji91]several days before I arrived…..enjoyed camping as well

Trolling is fun when you have inexperienced guests or kids. And you get to see more stuff cause you’re moving. Easier to find feeding fish too. Just my opinion.

I’ve never fished Toledo Bend. Is there enough open water to long line for crappie?

There are plenty snags, but with 186,000 acres there is plenty of lanes and coves just waiting for you.

I’ve pulled baits for catfish in summer, kids and I enjoy that a lot
