For some reason I don’t think northern crappie like RR’s as much as southern ones. I also have limited success on RR’s in the north.

About all I can catch with the RR’s is catfish, dogfish and perch.
Perch being not all bad though.

Hi Russ
I’d like to see a show vertical jigging on Ky. or Barkley Lake for deep, winter time crappie. Thanks.
Mark

Just wanted to thank everyone for the suggestions. Not only do we have quite a few posts on the board, but I have received several emails also! I will have the drawing for the DVDs tomorrow morning. I will also be contacting some of you for more details. Again, THANKS & SEE YOU ON THE WATER!!!

Russ

Winter time crappie fishing on Lake Shelbyville would be great. A lot of guys I know do well on this lake in the cold months. Thanks Russ:cool:

How about natural lakes? - no standing timber, etc. - a great one to learn from!

Winter fishing on eufula lake in ok.

Is this show in the Springfield area and when and what channel or can I get it on a Direct tv channel

:frowning:

A thread from 2006… where have you been?

I didn’t look at the date until you wrote that. Thought there was something new going on.

x2

Guys … give the “Old Man” a break, it’s his FIRST post Rofl

Old Man … Russ isn’t doing the shows with the same “people” as he was in 2006. He’s got his own website, and is still a member here .. so I’d try & contact him thru one or the other, and make your suggestion. Actually, I wouldn’t mind seeing Russ try a night fishing show, myself Thumbs Up … but, not tightlining Doh How about shooting docks or casting jigs under a black light !! Now that would be something to see !!

… cp

FYI, the current record for resurrecting a dead thread is well over five years.

Can anybody top it? I dunno. It’s the 4-minute mile, a .400 BA, and DiMaggio’s 56 game hitting streak all rolled into one.
