New project

That dang thing looks almost new. I’m glad it worked for you. I’m told all you have to do next year is use the cleaner, scrub it down and re-coat it.

Was glad to see yall worked things out. I knew he was wanting one real bad.

I’ll definitely be using it again…Heck, I still have 1/2 bottle left!!!

Tim, looks great! i cant believe the boat came that clean. I am sure you are proud of the progress. Cant wait to see it complete.

you have done a fine job there TNT looks great

Tim,
Where did you order the Poli-Glow from , I am impressed it looks like a new boat ! I think I would even spring for some white lettered trailer tires or another black wall when I got the chance .

www.poliglow.com After the boat is rigged and ready, the trailer will be next…Maybe even have matching rims!!

boat is looking REALLY good…WTG

Where did you get the marine carpet

I picked it up at Lowe’s for $2.94 per linear ft / 6 ft wide. Found the same stuff at Sports Center for $8.00 per linear ft / 6 ft wide:eek: After a couple of days of chasing wires and waiting for warmer weather, I finally finished up the carpet today. Now it looks like I have some wiring issues to deal with, so I’ll probably just yank out all the wires that I dont know what they are for and do some re-wiring…Taking longer than I thought…lol

I sure hope you get a GPS with directions to POLK Creek.

Naaaa…Just gonna follow you around:D

I have been doing quite a bit of piddly things the last couple of days but I am almost there. Getting the hinges just right on all the doors was a pain in the butt!!! The seats came in today and I got them on. I’ll pick up the trolling motor and rod holders this weekend and get them put on and solve some wiring issues by early next week I hope. I am getting itchy to put it in the water!!!

Good looking job T&T you sure that you did the work yourself.

TNT, your boat sure looks good. A lot of work I know but well worth it. Bet it will fish good too! I hope you can make it up this way for the Allatoona get together that gajud is setting up for the 25th. More info will be posted soon.

I did what I said I wasn’t gonna do and I put it in the water this weekend before I was done with everything. Glad I did because I found a couple of more “quirks” that need to be fixed. I did get the trolling motor mounted and picked up the rod holders. Hope to be 100% done next weekend!!!

Tim- Effort well spent…I’m sure Annie’s gonna love HER new boat!!:D:DI think “ANNIE’S RIDE” in 18" Lettering(Lavendar w/ Slate gray shadowing) would do it nice for her!:D:DOf course, to be fair, we could do a Crappie.Com “Name a Boat” poll and let her select her favorite!!

:stuck_out_tongue:

Between the camper and the boat, I have been very busy the past few weeks. I am getting close on the camper and I finally finished the boat today, just in time for Slabfest at Harding. I am going to take it somewhere this weekend and fish out of it for the first time and try to get all the kinks worked out of it..It turned out better than I expected, but I had to give up some storage:mad:..I sure am glad to be done!!!..Here are some pics out the finished project:

That’s a good lookin rig there. I think you’ve come out real well.
