Good catch. I was on Oconee also. Very windy. I caught a few nice ones but no numbers. Believe I may be fishing to shallow as the catfish won’t leave my jigs alone.
Caught one like that I was fishing in 8 to 12 feet of water
I saw a lot of fish activity up on a shallow flat and took a pass thru it and caught the catfish. Went into another cove trying to get out of the wind and saw the same scenario and made a quick pass and caught another catfish about a pound. Channel cats and they sure can mess up your crappie lines.
The wind was toff I caught most good fish in the wind
